It doesn’t have an effect on my worse IBS symptoms around time of the month, however it’s still worth buying for the pain free side effects and not needing to wear a heat pad or take pain killers (although ibuprofen can help reduce increased bowel activity during start of cycle). What also impressed me was the amount of energy I had. Aside from my IBS I felt like a normal person like any other day in the month. I will continue to take it a week before and during my cycle as I have done the past 2 cycles. I’m going to trial taking just 1 tablet rather than 2 daily to see if I can keep the positive effects and make the tablets last longer. You get 60 tablets in the bottle which I recommend buying as more eco friendly than the blister pack and very cute. Taking 2 tablets daily gives you about 30 days of use, or 2 months worth (assuming taking around 14 in the week prior and another 14 in the first week of your cycle, that works out at about £10 per month if buying for around £20 per bottle, or £5 if you can get it down to 1 tablet per day rather than 2. If I can get it down to £5 per month I think it’s worth it. £10 is very expensive and not a very assessable price point. However love that it has no fillers. The % of doses compared to the recommended doses regulatory groups suggest are a bit strange - some massively under 100% and some well over. Would be good to see 100% of the daily recommended dose for all ingredients to not need to rely on other supplements elsewhere and not…
