I didn't hold out a lot of hope for these... woman of a certain age, menopause in full swing etc etc but my goodness! Literally worked from the first time I took them. I've noticed a real difference in overall bloating but other people have noticed my face and (would you believe someone would comment on them) my ankles look less puffy. Haven’t been using them for that long, but I can feel a difference with the bloat tablets, I don’t feel as bloated anymore. And the meno tablets seem to be doing the job too, I was taking lots of different supplements for menopause so I wanted to condense it for the amount i took each day and also the cost! I take the meno tabs before bed, and I take the bloat tabs on a morning. So far so good 😊
