I’ve always suffered with bloating , I have some intolerances so I do struggle . I wasn't sure if the pills would work for me as I had mixed reviews with purchasing these . I’m actually pleasantly surprised . I’ve been sticking to these religiously and have noticed that my bloatedness isn’t as bad now after eating certain foods and it also helps slightly with certain trigger foods.
I started the meno pills too , I have to admit my hot flushes have slowed down so I’m waiting a little longer to see any additional effect with my energy levels etc .
Started taking 3 weeks ago, my stomach is definitely less bloated, releasing the gas rather than trapping it. Also feeling less sluggish after taking the meno tablets. Overall really pleased with how I’m feeling since taking both the dose for bloating & meno.

love these tablets work well a little expensive as I would prefer to get the jars but a little out of my price range so I have to get the b9xes which are a little cheaper but yeah great tablets.

I have only recently started meno bloat bundle, I can already see a difference. I was extremely bloated and wild dose for bloating is helping. Also the meno is helping with my awful lack of sleep and giving me a little bit more energy. I am hoping with continued use it improves. As it's only been about two weeks it early to get full effects. I also purchased wild dose for blocked bellies. These are so great helping so much.
