great product
I have recently experienced a lot of bloating, mainly pre menopause symptoms, and since i tried these capsules its been a game changer. I was very surprised how they work with all naturel based ingredients and they do work. I have a very good fibre based diet so tried the natural healthy eating route but it didn't help much so I am very happy to have found these to work so well :)

So far so good
Ive been taking the capsules for about one week and although it's early days I'm starting to see an improvement. By evening I'm not as uncomfortable or bloated as normal. I'm definitely going to continue and am hopeful I'll get even better results in the next few weeks.
