I've been struggling with PCOS for more than half my life and it comes with no shortage of pain when my period does emerge. I have been curious about using Shatavari for a while to help regulate my period. I've been using this alongside an ashwagandha supplement for about 3 weeks now and seem to have triggered some normalisation after a 5 month gap. What's notable is how manageable the pain has been - I'd normally be off work for the first day and dosed on painkillers. I'm amazed that I'm able to continue working and not suffer with pain or restless legs (Thank you magnesium).
