These have really helped a lot of my PMS symptoms from bloating to mood swings. It's pretty remarkable, actually. In the lead up to my wedding a few months ago, I came across Wild Dose as I had discovered I was due to start my period on the big day or very soon after - not ideal!

This has been the first month using the PMS Dose. I’ve been struggling with worsening PMS symptoms recently and hoped this could help. This month I’ve noticed reduced agitation which is positive. I’m going to continuing using each month to see if other symptoms improve!

I can’t believe how much these have eased my pms symptoms. Usually have bad cramps, sore boobs , and quite emotional for at least 3 or 4 days.

I don't sleep well during my period due to my pain levels caused by endometriosis, but the period wild does definitely helps me get over to sleep along with my regular medication I take for the endo. It's hard to give it a proper review for relief for cramps as I have extremely painful periods. I take it an hour or 2 before bed every night and it helps me get to sleep even when the pain is bad.

I have suffered with awful periods for years since coming off the pill and before taking; heavy bleeding, period pains that pain killers, CBD tampons and hot water bottle combined couldnt soothe and left me drained 3/4 weeks of the month and leave me iron deficient. In recent years as I approached becoming middle aged low mood, rage and irritability has increasingly become a thing.
Painful and feverish bloating from IBS symptoms after getting M.E has been an issue for 2 decades now, even when able to manage other symptoms, gastro problems linger.
I’ve been using these for a year now and this is what I’ve noticed:
My bloating is pretty much a non-issue now. If I don’t take soon enough (2 hours after main meal seems to work best for me) the weakness, fever and discomfort goes in 30 minutes!
With my regular taking of these for a year now my period pains, mood and blood flow have gradually improved. Much more manageable, and don’t feel drained for half as much time. Maybe 1/4 weeks of the cycle?
The rage is more like a background annoyance and lasts less than a day.
I know my needs with various health issues (endometriosis, frequent polyps, IBS and midlife) were a challenge but I am glad I kept going taking them.
