I've had lots of issues with PMDD and severe hormonal symptoms around ovulation over the last few years, but it was too pricey to have to buy all of the different supplements recommended to support these issues without SSRIs or the pill (I've had bad reactions to these in the past). This product has all of the supplements I need, including some I've found helpful in the past, and at a fair price! I took these during my last cycle (switching from the dose for bloating I usually take, and also really like), and I am having fewer symptoms now than I did last month going into my follicular/ovulation phases (where I tend to have some of the worst hormonal reactions!). Definitely going to keep these as part of my regimen for a few more cycles to see if they continue to help. I appreciate that they can be taken regularly or just during problematic cycle phases, too.
