These have really helped a lot of my PMS symptoms from bloating to mood swings. It's pretty remarkable, actually. In the lead up to my wedding a few months ago, I came across Wild Dose as I had discovered I was due to start my period on the big day or very soon after - not ideal!

This has been the first month using the PMS Dose. I’ve been struggling with worsening PMS symptoms recently and hoped this could help. This month I’ve noticed reduced agitation which is positive. I’m going to continuing using each month to see if other symptoms improve!

I can’t believe how much these have eased my pms symptoms. Usually have bad cramps, sore boobs , and quite emotional for at least 3 or 4 days.

I don't sleep well during my period due to my pain levels caused by endometriosis, but the period wild does definitely helps me get over to sleep along with my regular medication I take for the endo. It's hard to give it a proper review for relief for cramps as I have extremely painful periods. I take it an hour or 2 before bed every night and it helps me get to sleep even when the pain is bad.

Amazing product. I take the bloating tablets daily but switch to these for 10 days a month during period. I have less cramps, bloating and discomfort and sleep better while taking them.
This month for some reason forgot to take them and really felt the difference. I was crampy, achey, miserable, tired but couldn't sleep.it was awful! I won't be forgetting them again!
