I have only recently started meno bloat bundle, I can already see a difference. I was extremely bloated and wild dose for bloating is helping. Also the meno is helping with my awful lack of sleep and giving me a little bit more energy. I am hoping with continued use it improves. As it's only been about two weeks it early to get full effects. I also purchased wild dose for blocked bellies. These are so great helping so much.
