Great product
Having suffered from bloating for years these really do help, what l like about them is they have good bacteria for gut health and digestive enzymes in the same tablet, saves having to have two separate tablets. These also have beneficial herbs too. I started off for first week taking two a day thereafter I take them when required. I’d recommend giving them a try. 🙂
