I have been taking these for almost three weeks & am pleased to say that they are helping! I forgot to take them one morning & boy did I regret it after lunch! I will be putting spares in my hand bag as I don’t enjoy feeling like that one bit, am about to subscribe. Thank you Wild Dose!

I’m close to finishing my first batch, I’m not sure I’ve seen results or not. This may be due to changing lifestyles as I’ve recently been on hols, plus business trips, so have not really followed my standard routine. However, I will purchase batch #2 and run once more for a month.

I originally got given a bottle of these from a friend and the debloating effect was SO effective that I had to order my own. Noticeable effects from day 1 and I recently used them to get ready for a big event and I had zero bloat on the day. I find there are effects even if I miss a dose. Would recommend

These capsules really to help. I eat a lot of fruit for my main meal of the day..I.e watermelon and as you can appreciate 90% of melon is water. Since I have used these on a daily basis I feel less bloated while the food digests. I did stop taking it for a a month just to see if it was a coincidence whist taking it I felt better or it was just running in my mind. However the bloatiness started again. And I gave now re introduced it back to take 30min before I eat.

I did get some improvement after 7 days, so will give it a longer bash to see if it's not a coincidence
