But what even is bloating?
Bloating is where your belly feels tight, full or even painful, as if you’ve eaten a very large meal (with no room left for more!). Your belly may appear larger or more swollen, and being bloated can sometimes feel uncomfortable and painful.

What causes bloating?
Bloating happens when the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract) fills with gas or air, causing pressure on the belly. I’ve been using the “dose for bloat” tablets for roughly around 3 1/2 weeks and the difference I’ve felt in my bloating is amazing! Ive been taking these for a few months now and without making any other changes I am consistently weighing 2lbs less. Been taking these for about 6 weeks. They do make a difference when taking with apple cider vinegar. Not a magic wand but bloating now quite as bad. Will continue a while longer though.
