But what even is bloating?
Bloating is where your belly feels tight, full or even painful, as if you’ve eaten a very large meal (with no room left for more!). Your belly may appear larger or more swollen, and being bloated can sometimes feel uncomfortable and painful.

What causes bloating?
Bloating happens when the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract) fills with gas or air, causing pressure on the belly. These are amazing I’ve been taking them for 2 months now and honestly I’ve had no bloating whatsoever. I found that the dose for bloating helped me but I really found a dose for blocked bellies was my best buy. I took 2 a day of each tablet but found after a few days that one tablet of each worked well. I’m definitely buying more supplies now I’ve found something that actually does what it says.
