But what even is bloating?
Bloating is where your belly feels tight, full or even painful, as if you’ve eaten a very large meal (with no room left for more!). Your belly may appear larger or more swollen, and being bloated can sometimes feel uncomfortable and painful.

What causes bloating?

Just a heads up. Totally satisfied with the product from this site. However have purchased from e-bay & not sure if was the real item, due to the difference in price & the capsules were white instead of brown. The eBay site has since been taken down.
