So at first I thought there wasn’t a change but after finishing my first box AMAZING
So i took these every day twice a day on the 6th day I noticed less discomfort when eating in fact as soon a I ate and felt trapped wing stomach cramps bloating and discomfort I’d take 2 within minutes the discomfort completely leaves my body I haven’t yet seen physical change in my bloating but I’m sure that’s to come soon just ordered my second and third box and hopefully next week I’d see a change in my constant bloated stomach

Initially when I bought this, it was for my holiday bloating and I used it every day but wasn’t sure if it was helping, however I have just been on holiday again & forgot to order some more so didn’t take any & realised YES it does actually work, so my next pack is already ordered
