Started using the anti bloat about 2 years ago.
They work so well and you definitely notice a huge difference just after a few days.
I make sure I take them after ive had a bloaty meal and every day for 2 weeks before a holiday.

Works well for me.
Been on it 3 weeks. And it has worked for me. I have a few intollerences which cause bloating for me and if i take these before food it helps massively an seems to work quite quickly aswell.
