I take two every morning before my breakfast and they make me feel great through the day, and if I go out for a meal I take two more that’s all you need.

Thought I was getting fat but no just bloated couldn't believe how well these work

I have been using these for nearly 3 weeks now, taking 2 tablets daily and I have seen a positive difference ! I'm much more frequent going to the loo (and it's a lot easier to go as well now - TMI, I know!). My belly on night shifts isn't as gassy or as painful and I have noticed a small change in how bloated I look. I've had a few colleagues say I look as if I've lost weight too (which is always nice). Definitely something I'll continue to use ❤️

Had it a few times amd acually still waiting gor the flat belly , it feels better but not getting the glatness as models show unfortunately

Definately felt an effect after the first few weeks of using it. Stomach felt so much flatter.
