Dose for bloating
I highly recommend this - suffer from bloating because of hormonal changes and certain foods that I’m eating - managed to enjoy meals at restaurants without thinking about certain food making me bloat .

I’ve been using this product daily for about two months and wow what a help it’s been! I’ve struggled with bloating for YEARS and peppermint supplements haven’t been cutting it. Less bloating
Since having my gallbladder removed I've suffered with severe bloating and acid reflux.. Everyday was uncomfortable especially sitting down..Drs have prescribed so many different medications.. I take 2 of these tablets every morning and what a difference they make.. Don't think I could do without then now.. The fact that they are made from natural ingredients I don't need to worry.. Would definitely recommend
