Fabulous!
For the first time in a very long time, I took two of these prior to going out for dinner and I wasn't distracted all evening by feeling really uncomfortable and just wanting to go home and lie down! I'd got to the point of not wanting to eat out, wearing the clothes I wanted to wear, as the bloating and discomfort were spoiling my nights out.
These really seemed to work a treat and I'll be continuing with them!!
