Works very effectively!
I was sceptical, as I always am, of these kinds of products. But I gave Dose For Bloating based off a friend's recommendation, and the fact that the ingredients combine a mix of herbal remedies, probiotics, and enzymes. A very rounded combo of measures! I don't take it all the time, just when I am going to eat a trigger food - and it does wonders to prevent be getting bloated or uncomfortable!

Amazing Product
These are absolutely brilliant.
I’ve suffered with IBS from my teenage years and I turned 50 last year. You name it, I’ve tried it. Most prescription medication made my symptom's worse - bloating after all meals, constipation, feeling sick, tired & feeling drained most days. But, having tried A Dose For Bloating, I feel great. Taking 2 tablets middle of the afternoon for around 2 weeks and my symptoms have gone. I know we shy away from talking about “toilet issues”, I’ve struggled for years, but the past 2 weeks have been great, I’ve been going to the loo a few times during the day, (this almost never happens), no cramps or discomfort from other medication I’ve used.
I’ll definitely carry on using these for the foreseeable and would highly recommend.
