As someone who has consistently struggled with ibs related bloating, having flair ups that last a week where I can’t fasten up my trousers, I can honestly say that in the last month of taking this product, I haven’t felt bloated once, not even during my time of the month. On top of that, I haven’t had any ibs discomfort either. They’ve become a part of my daily routine and I generally take 2 a day, sometimes 3 when I’m having a heavier meal, but for me they are finally a solution to my ibs and bloating issues ☺️

Have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and while my bloated tummy hasn't disappeared, it does seem to be flatter. Two things I would say is that I've neen poorly with a chest infection and wracking cough for the last few days , so have been really struggling to drink anything like the recommended 2.5L of water which is supposed to really help. Will definitely buy another months supply and persevere. Thank you!
